Coriander Honey-Lemon Prawns

One of my personal fav recipes! Can't rem where I got this from but this is seriously yummy stuff!

Directions

  1. Wash prawns, remove shells, leaving heads and tails intact.
  2. Season prawns with ginger, coriander, oyster sauce, pepper for at least 30 minute.
  3. Add olive oil to honey and lemon juice.
  4. Brush prawns with this mixture.
  5. Grill at 200C for 10-15 minute.
  6. Baste once with leftover marinade with honey glaze.
  7. Serve grilled prawns with lemon slices.

Fabulous! The only thing I changed a bit was using maple syrup instead of honey (I didn't have any in the house)...it went like wildfire! Thank you for sharing! LA :-)
