Good for dippin anything but best with Seafood Lettuce Rolls. From The Lighthearted Cookbook by Anne Lindsay
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, coriander and pepper to taste, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for flavours to develop.
This was really good!! I made the lettuce rolls as well .. I used fat-free yogurt and added some cumin .. will make it often now! UPDATE: I had some leftover chicken, so I cut it into bite-sized pieces and mixed it with the leftover sauce, to make some sandwiches .. Really good!!
Very fresh & yummy! Perfect with fish!
