Hot, spicy and very fresh! Eat it as a dip to anything fried. 'Pakoras' taste particularly good with it.

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Remove cap, scrape sides and blend for another 1/2 minute.
  3. Bottle and refrigerate.
  4. Lasts for a week.
