Awesome meal - complete dinner!
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄4 lb kalamata olive
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach, steamed
- Brown chicken in oil.
- Add spices- to taste use what you like the more the better.
- Add enough water to cover.
- Simmer until chicken is done.
- Add olives and lemon juice.
- Cook 8 minutes until reduced.
- Serve with the steamed spinach.
