I made this for the first time recently and it will be a staple for us on the CORE program. Use your imagination because there are many combinations that would also be delicious. So simple and delicious!
- 16 ounces nonfat sour cream or 16 ounces nonfat yogurt
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix
- cheesecake flavoring or vanilla flavoring
- 1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- Combine all ingredients, spoon into dessert dishes and chill.
- Enjoy - its luscious.
I make this every time I go on WW Core program. It is my lifesaver since I have a raging sweet tooth. I use all varieties of fat free puddings and omit the pineapple. I even have my daughter send me fat free lemon pudding because we don't have a Kroger's store here and they make a store brand that is delicious with this. Has a tangy lemon cheesecake flavor!
This was such a fun recipe to try because as you said, you can play with it! I used half low carb vanilla yogurt, half fat free cottage cheese & fat free/sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix. I cut the recipe into 1/8 of the full one-just to try it out-and used about 1 1/2 tsp of the pudding mix. I used half a sliced banana since that's what I love & it was a great snack! Thank u for sharing; will play around with it some more & see what comes of it!
