Cordon Bleu Pizza

There are a few versions of this pie on the site already, each one a little different from the other. This is my version made on a Gluten Free crust. Personally, I think the little bit of Dijon mustard and the Chicken baked in the oven with steak spice makes the difference! Amounts posted are guesstamits - use your own descretion as you would build your own pizza!

• Prep Time: 40 mins
• Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 pizza

• 1 pizza crust , of choice (my own GF crust Gluten Free - Thin Pizza Crust)
• 1 large chicken breast , seasoned with Montreal Steak Spice
• 1 cup shaved deli ham , then chopped for topping
• ½ an onion , sliced
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
• 1 cup swiss cheese , shredded
• ½ cup ranch dressing
• 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:

1. season chicken breast with Montreal Steak spice and bake in oven @ 350F till cooked, cool and slice for pizza topping.
2. Spread dijon mustard evenly over prepared or ready to bake crust, and top with ranch dressing.
3. Layer 1/2 of both cheeses, onion, chicken, ham and then top with remaining cheeses.
4. Bake in 450F oven till bubbly (usually 13-15 mins).
