Because cordon bleus don't have enough cheese already...I have found that a double recipe is better.

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Stir in flour and salt.
  3. Add milk and cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Pour over cordon bleu and serve.

Great sauce Kassy !! So Quick and simple to make... I've used this a few times and i use a different cheese every time !! So far Pecorino Romano is my fave to use ....
