- 29.58 ml butter
- 78.07 ml vegetable shortening
- 236.59 ml icing sugar
- 59.14 ml white sugar
- 78.07 ml evaporated milk
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 0.13 ml lemon extract
- Cream the butter and shortening together; then slowly add the sugars while continuing to beat.
- Add the evaporated milk, vanilla and lemon extracts; mix on medium speed until completely smooth and fluffy.
I was wondering If I should try this after the stars that I saw, but this is good. We have a brownie troop that love this thank you for posting. I will make this again and again.
I used your recipe to make a bumpy cake filling. It was pretty good. I was hoping it would be smoother though. Everyone at work loved it, so I guess that's what counts! Thanks!
Hi Lennie,Carol Ann here in Toronto too! haven't tried your recipe yet,but I gave it 2 stars just for the ingredients.I have a husband with a very sweet tooth and i think he will like it very much!
