Copycat Domino's Cheesy Bread

"I whipped this up the other day and loved it! WARNING: I DIDN'T MEASURE THE ONE TIME THAT I MADE IT, SO ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE GUESSES. ALSO, CONSUME AT YOUR OWN RISK - HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! LOL. The next time I make it I will try to measure and edit accordingly. Most everything is to taste, so if something is a little off it shouldn't matter all that much. Please post your reviews and let me know what you think! : )"

Questions & Replies

  1. So, did you fold it over like dominos does?? Or did you leave it stretched out flat like a rectangle? It's not like dominos if not folded over. Your directions didn't specify if you did that or not. I LOVE dominos cheesy bread - I should have stock in the company with how often I get it. I would love to be able to make something comparable at home! :) Thanks!

  1. former manager of dominos: Hints, mix the spices and parm in a shaker jar, apply after bakeing for better flavor. also, a butter flavored oil is what when uses, also f you can cover with foil pricked a dozen times with a fork or mesh screen , promots better browning and crust

  2. I’m not sure how it tastes as is but I actually worked there for a bit and there was no Mexican cheese, just motz and cheddar. The dough was their hand tossed dough, so maybe it might taste better with pizza dough instead of bread dough ? We stretched the dough, made into a rectangle 16x8”. Put cheese on half of dough (long ways). Fold in half (longways). Cut 7times to make 8 peices. Sprinkle montzerella and cheddar on top. After baking garlic butter and Parmesan on top.

  4. Excellent! My whole family enjoyed this and said that it was better than Domino's. My son and husband said, "Mmmmmmmm" as soon as they bit into it, and my daughter said, "This is a keeper". I agree. thank you for this wonderful recipe.
