Cool and refreshing with a little bit of a twist on the usual sangria.
- 2 ounces sutter home white zinfandel wine
- 2 ounces peach schnapps
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 3 ounces 7-up or 3 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 1 -2 frozen peach slices
- 5 -6 frozen grapes (red and green)
- Mix and serve over ice, garnished with skewered fruits as suggested.
although the recipe is VERY close its a tad bit off. i bartend at an applebees and here is the applebees recipe
3oz sutter home white zif
1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz of pineapple juice
splash of sierra mist
add all ingredients in a glass add ice leave about an inch and a half. squeeze a lime orange add a cherry and apple balls or slices. apple balls are made with a melon baller then stabbed w a sword. a splash of sierra mist and ure good! enjoy!
this was very good but too sweet with the white zinfadel. next time i will use a dry white wine and it will then be a 5 star recipe.
This is nice but we did find it quite sweet. The peach schnapps add a great flavour. Great for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
