- 1 3⁄4 cups cold milk
- 1⁄4 cup Midori melon liqueur
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxjello instant pistachio pudding mix

- Combine milk and MIDORI in deep mixer bowl.
- Pour over instant pudding mix and whip until it starts to thicken and is smooth.
- Pour immediately into 4 serving dishes and chill.
- Serve plain or with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries, maraschino cherries, or kumquats.
