Like most fresh uncooked food, this mint flavoured cucumber raita packs in a load of nutrients and is good for your skin. You can even blend this in a liquidiser to make an innovative chaas

  1. Whisk the curds until smooth.
  2. Add the cucumber, mint leaves, cumin seed powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate till chilled.
  4. Serve with rice or parathas.

This tasted so flavourful{ love the flavour of mint!} and cooling. I also used 1 small onion{sliced} and 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder in step 2 and 1 cup more of low-fat plain yogurt{i.e., the same thing as curds}.
