  1. I wanted something without all the fat of regular frostings. I used skim milk, non-fat, sugar-free pudding, and lite Cool Whip and the kids gobbled it up. I couldn't keep them out of the bowl. The vanilla flavor was great from the pudding, and the texture was thicker than using just plain Cool Whip. I could even put edible cake decorations on the surface. thanks!
     
  2. I had the kids make this frosting- and they loved IT! They said it was the best homeade frosting ever. It's light and yummy! Perfect for summer cupcakes!
