Yummy, wonderful for hot and humid nights like we have here in Florida. My hubby and I love this one.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust (two 7-inch crusts)
  • 12 cup purchased roasted garlic and chive hummus (comes in 8 oz container in deli secton or refrigeraton section)
  • 12 cup peeled seeded chopped cucumber
  • 12 cup seeded plum tomato
  • 12 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. On each pizza crust, layer half of hummus, cucumber, tomato, and cheese.
  2. Cut into quarters and serve.
