Yummy, wonderful for hot and humid nights like we have here in Florida. My hubby and I love this one.
- 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust (two 7-inch crusts)
- 1⁄2 cup purchased roasted garlic and chive hummus (comes in 8 oz container in deli secton or refrigeraton section)
- 1⁄2 cup peeled seeded chopped cucumber
- 1⁄2 cup seeded plum tomato
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- On each pizza crust, layer half of hummus, cucumber, tomato, and cheese.
- Cut into quarters and serve.
