I wanted to make a burger one night, but didn't want to just stick with the regular beef and bun. I looked in my fridge and my cupboards for inspirations and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 lb spicy pork sausage
  • 14 garlic clove
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 14 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 12 ounces cool ranch Doritos
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Directions

  1. Mince the serrano pepper and 1/4 clove of garlic. Then, mix all of the ingredients together and then size as desired. I found it was easier and quicker when I put a lid above my pan as to prevent burning.
