Very refreshing summer salad.
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- In saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the jello.
- Stir until jello is dissolved.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Stir in cottage cheese and whipped cream.
- Chill until set.
