Very refreshing summer salad.

Directions

  1. In saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the jello.
  3. Stir until jello is dissolved.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Stir in cottage cheese and whipped cream.
  6. Chill until set.
