- 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- About 5 minutes before serving or early in day, in small bowl, with fork or wire whisk, mix all ingredients.
This dip really needs to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight for all the flavors to blend. I think it is better as an accompaniment to spicy foods that you would eat with sour cream. I would ease up on the chili powder as well. I am giving it four stars because some of our guests really enjoyed it, although some didn’t. This is perfect for those of you that LOVE cilantro!
