I had this today for lunch (had a tooth pulled yesterday) (made 1/2 of the recipe). I did not get the blender out though- I let the cookies get a bit soft in the milk, and then put the ice cream in. Yummo! Thanks for sharing.

This is the ultimate treat for Oreo cookie lovers. My husband did back-flips over this smoothie. We all love them but he is ca-razy for them. I followed your directions and it turned out just as I expected it would. Rich creamy ice cream shake with bits of oreo cookie. Thanks.

A real winner! I'd been dying to try this recipe ever since you posted it. I made this at 11pm tonight for my darling brother who cleared his drums and slope driving test today, in his first attempt! We wanted to celebrate for him with Oreos, since that's the newest ingredient in my house. I used 2 Oreo chocolate sandwich biscuits, 3/4 cup virtually fat-free milk(to make it guilt free!) and 3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream. Processed on medium speed for 2 minutes and served the smoothie in a tall glass, over 6-7 ice cubes! My brother was in "Oreo Cream Dream Heaven"! When I gave him the glass to taste the smoothie(not to mention I had 1 whole tbsp. in the kitchen, lol) he GRABBED it from me! "Yummy, give it here", he said! My brother is very picky about food, and, to get a comment like yummy on anything from him REALLY means it is yum! Thanks so much for posting this. As you can tell, I'll be making it often for my little kid friends:) Thanks!
