These are really good and easy to put together will make again and again thanks for posting
OMG, I just made these for a sweet tooth that has been driving me crazy today! I swear I think half of them as they came out of the oven! I dont know if I didnt cook them long enough or not because when I tried to transfer the first few cookies to a cooling rack, they started pulling apart. So, I just let them cool in the pan for a few minutes then removed them with ease. At the rate I am going, I'll have to make another round of these tonite!!!! Thanks for sharing!
Yum! DS wanted cookies to take to school for his birthday. I halved the recipe and subbed Egg Beaters for the egg, otherwise made as directed. As another reviewer noted the dough was very fluffy and soft; I used my cookie scoop to form 27 balls and smashed them with a fork. Baked for 12 minutes - they were really fragile coming out of the oven, so I let them cool on the cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes before moving them to the cookie rack. Slightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - very good!
Man! These cookies are sooo good. When I was a kid, I never did like peanut butter cookies. I think maybe because they weren't soft like these are. Anyhow, I chose to try them and followed the recipe exactly as it's posted. My mother-in-law gave me a big jar of peanut butter after she tried them. ;) Thanks!!!
Great cookies!! The kids made a point of telling me how much they liked them so that I would make them again ;) I goofed and used the low-fat peanut butter that I had in the house but they were still crispy outside and chewy inside. This will be a "cookie jar" and "lunch box" special for years to come. Thanks ciao!
Very moist! Take out of the oven when they still looky doughy for the best results! I added mini chocolate chips for fun!
I was honestly disappointed in this recipe. The taste was really good but the consistency just didn't work for us. Our first batch turned out really dry so I put the second batch in for only 8 minutes. They still turned out dry and crumbly. We still ate them but not without a lot of milk to wash them down with.
Soft, moist and yummy! The best peanut butter cookie recipe we've tried!
Great recipe! I just made a full batch yesterday and my daughter and husband have already eaten half of them! Very moist, very chewy, very easy!
