  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.
  • In a large mixing bag, stir together the first six ingredients.
  • Add all other ingredients EXCEPT cookie dough and beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes on medium until thick.
  • Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full with batter and place one square of the cookie dough in the center of each.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool and ice with your favorite icing.
