This was a genius idea!!!!! Definate 5 stars! I made it exactly like it's posted and it came out fabulous. Then I got an idea...I wanted to make this lil' treat a smidge bit healthier and so I opted to make some alterations to this, but still held true to the basics....I posted my revision on recipezaar, but now worries, I gave all credit for original idea to you :) In my version I doubled the recipe, I used soy flour instead of regular, I used the brown sugar, but I replaced the granulated sugar with 4 packets of Splenda and I used Peanut Butter in place of the chocolate chips. Turned out great..plus the extra protein from the PB and soy flour gave a nice "full" feeling. My kids (who are PICKY) even loved the healthy version (though I must confess they liked the chocolate chips in it even better lol) Thanks again! Great idea!!
