Love the taste of Cookie Dough but know that it's not good for you? Got this recipe from the dietian(sp?) from our local grocery store. If you are using your own cookies, make sure they are cooled fully before crumbling them

  • 24 cookies, any flavor
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt


  1. 1. Crumble cookies.
  2. 2. Mix in yogurt.
  3. 3. Place on a cookie sheet or in a container and refridgerate for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Enjoy!
  5. 5. I put 3-4 in little zip lock baggies and freeze them, then when I want a snack, just grab a bag and eat!
