  1. Strain yoghurt using a smooth colander into a pot.
  2. Add egg or egg's white.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup of water. Stir into cold yoghurt for 2 minutes.
  4. Place on medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
  5. Remove from heat and use as desired.
