An easy side dish that we enjoy.
- Put carrots in a baking dish.
- Add water and dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
This recipe tastes pretty good - it doesn't look that good, at least my didn't. The carrots took on a green hue - dd wouldn't eat them but we did and liked them. I cooked these in the microwave instead of the oven. I am not sure of the total time because I keep starting and stopping to check them.
