Cook 'em How You Like 'em Meatloaf Hamburgers

These burgers are quick to put together and taste like a mini-meatloaf on a bun. Served with toppings of choice, it makes a great sandwich! The best way to cook them is YOUR choice!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 14 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 12-1 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns


  1. In a large bowl, gently mix the first six ingredients.
  2. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Grill, broil, or pan-fry the meat til no longer pink.
  4. Serve on buns with a variety of toppings.

Great and down the old hatch before you could say "M E A T L O A F". Immensely enjoyable on a biscuit, where the burger/meatloaf joined up with a slice of onion, and a dab of ketchup! I followed this exactly, and this gets a unanimous 5 stars! Made for my PAC baby 2011~

Yummy!! Everyone immediately said 5 stars!!! Usually there are longer discussions but not with this meal. I enjoyed the flavor of the burger immensely. We served it with buns and allowed any topping they would normally put on a hamburger. Thanks for sharing. Made for Cookbook Tag Game. :)

Didn't serve this in a bun - but loved it anyway!! Quite different taste than a regular burger - really tasted like meatloaf!! We were very pleasantly surprised!! Thanks DuChick! :)
