This sweet and tangy dip pairs wonderfully with a salty chip.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup French dressing
- 1 teaspoon minced onion, rehydrated
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
My friend makes this dip. She calls it "K... Dip" (her maiden name) because her whole family eats it at their gatherings. She also adds some prepared horseradish to taste. This is EXTREMELY addictive and so yummy. We had a get-together last weekend and we couldn't stop eating it. She must have been asked for the recipe six times. It sounds a little weird, but trust me, it is AWESOME.
