- drink this mixture preferably at bedtime or 30 min before breakfast
- This mixture could be taken regularly, but usually when taken twice or thrice it regulates a normal bowel movement so you could take it on alternate days or twice a week suiting your needs.
I'm really not sure what ghee is, but I was looking for constipation cures for my 5-yo daughter and came upon this. I looked up a recipe on how to prepare ghee (not having a clue what in the world it is). I used a teaspoon of stick butter, cooked it, and then strained it into her hot cocoa in the morning and before bed. It is working really well for her so far. Thanks for sharing this tip!
