Hmmm...We thought it was OK - had to add quite a bit of additional salt at the table, in addition to freshly grated Parmesan, to bring out flavor. I think next time we'll try the Rachel Ray Vodka sauce that uses chicken broth to bring up the flavor abit. This would be a really fine sauce for folks on low-sodium diet - I'll be keeping it to serve when some of our friends who watch their salt come over. Thank you for posting, Heather Feather!
