I was shocked to find that brown rice spaghetti tastes just like the real thing----without the gluten!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti & drain.
  3. In skillet, cook meat, red & green peppers, carrot, & onion, and drain.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, all seasonings, & sugar.
  5. Add spaghetti to mixture.
  6. Transfer to 13x9x2 baking dish.
  7. Cover & bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven & add cheese to top of mixture.
  9. Bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
