1 (10 ounce) frozen peas (thawed)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
³⁄₄ cup green onion (chopped)
8 ounces corn (drained)
¹⁄₂ dried cranberries
¹⁄₂ cup canola oil
¹⁄₃ cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon dried dill weed
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon dry mustard
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper

directions

In a large bowl combine potatoes, peas, red bell pepper, onions, corn and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
