Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (9 ounce) packagefresh tortellini
  • 1 cup broccoli, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, coarsely chopped
  • 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 12 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 12 cup fresh, grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in large bowl, tossing gently.
  2. Top with cheese.
