I imagine this is great IN a recipe. As for frosting I'm going to have to say, no. I added some vanilla, some more splenda, and yes, even a little butter; but the powered milk flavor kept persisting. I realize this recipe isn't titled "sugar free frosting" which is why I'm not rating, just commenting. Thanks.
