This was very good on a hot night. Tasted better the second day. I didn't have the coriander, so I left it out, I'll make sure to add it next time. Thanks!

This salad was divine! Like Swiz58, I also used almonds instead of cashews - because that is what I had to hand. This will definitely become a standard for summer BBQs.

This was very good. I halved the recipe and used almonds instead of cashews (yum). I would make more dressing next time and most likely add more curry

I make this at least once a month now, often several times a week because it is just soooo good. I usually double the recipe just so I have enough to last for several days and I'm a single female with no children. It's just that good. You need that much for yourself. I have made it with and without the coriander because I ran out of it for awhile, but besides that I follow the recipe exactly.

Great recipe! I followed the recipe, except I cooked the chicken in the crockpot, so my chicken was more shredded than diced. Also, being frugal I used a bag of dried mixed fruit, which included the raisins and apricots, instead of buying 2 bags of dried fruit. Thanks!

Thanks Marie Alice. I may this for a baby shower and everyone was asking who maid this salad. Flavor has outstanding. This recipe is definitely a keeper. The only variance I made was to use oven roasted chicken breast and pine nuts. I did not have cashews at hand. But next time. I will make it exactly the way given and am sure it will be even better

A wonderful recipe. Every member of the family ate it all up and it would be great as part of a celebration buffet. Many thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed this dish. I used some pre-cooked chicken strips to save time. Also, it went well with toasted pita bread triangles and hummus on the side.

I did not serve this salad to company; I selfishly kept it all for myself... It is absolutely delicious. The combined seasonings and herbs are not overwhelming, yet discernable enough to enjoy. I am diabetic; of necessity therefore I substituted the sugar without compromising the original recipe. A winning combination of pasta, vegetable, and fruit, to be sure. Thank you for freely sharing your talent... I shall freely share with my guests, next preparation, and will be sure to tell them the origin of the recipe.

Nice snappy salad, nice little bite and just enough curry. The instructions were clearly written and easy to follow. Nice that it was not overwhelmed with mayo, just enough. Thanks for sharing and we will make it again, good luck in the contest.

This is delicious, I love the fruity apricots and the celery crunch with the chicken, the curry in the mayo mix is perfect for the dressing and the sweetness of the cashews only finishes this salad off wonderfully. I used Best Foods lite mayo and splenda in place of the sugar. A favourite for sure.

I loved this salad! The dressing combined with the chicken, fruits and pasta made for a very delicious combination. I will make this again! Well done! Oh yes, I served it with garlic bread and that went very well with it.

We loved this colorful pasta salad!!! This recipe is an excellent choice if you want to take something new to your next potluck. It has the perfect blend of flavors….from the sweet fruit to the slightly spicy tangy dressing and then the crunch of the celery & cashews. Yum!! I really liked the cumin & curry powder addition in the dressing and will make just a bit more next time. I would add the extra right before serving as the pasta had absorbed almost all of the dressing after the chill time. Both DH & I rated this one 5 stars. This is a recipe I will use often with and without the chicken. Thank you chef for a great addition to my favorite salad recipes!
