Company Cauliflower

"I normally don't like cauliflower, but my mom found this recipe I love. It is very effective for company because the presentation is unique since it's whole. Hope you enjoy!"

  1. We all enjoyed this meal, though I did not care for the mustard, though everyone else enjoyed the mustard, and I cut the mayo in half, just for the calorie intake. A real nice adaption to cauliflower, and the kids especially enjoyed this, and looking forward to trying this again. Made for PRMR tag.

  2. Great cauliflower recipe. One of my favorite veggies and love to see it dressed up so fine! Thanks, Buzymomof3. Made for Aussie Kiwi Recipe Swap #69.

  3. This is so good and so impressive looking. I'm not a big mayonnaise fan so was a little worried looking at the ingrediants, but I didn't need to be as it was great. I did add some garlic to it but that was the only change, next time I might add some cayenne pepper to just see how it is. But it's still great just like it is and so impressive - everyone loved it and I'll be making it often.

  4. Since I was cooking for one I just cut off a few larger portions of the cauliflower and put in a baking dish. I used as much mayo as I thought I'd need and just kept adding the other ingredients until it tasted right. I'm not much into mustard so I just added a few dashes of ground mustard. This was real good, I could taste the mustard but it really added to the dish. I made enough for 2 meals but ended up eating the whole thing. Made for I Recommend Red, White & Blue tag.

  5. This was my first time cooking and eating cauliflower and I do not know why I never tried it before! This is a great recipe to start with since it gives the veggie a little more flavor. Next time I will use a little less mayo since that seemed to be the main flavor that I could taste. Made for I Recommend Tag.

I love trying new recipes and once a month cooking (though I don't do it as often as I'd like). I am absolutely getting hooked on the tag games! Thank you to everyone who has tried my recipes, I hope you're liking them as much as my family does! My favorite magnet is one I got from my MIL that has a bunny hopping around saying I'm to busy to be organized. Story of my life. I have three great kids who are growing up way too fast, I'm not ready for empty nest syndrome. I married a wonderful man in 2009 who took me to Alaska on our honeymoon, It was one of the top two places I've always wanted to visit (not one he really had a desire to go to). Next year he's taking me to the other one he and I both want - Australia. Guess I like places that start with A's.
