  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar, shake to blend.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan and saute' sunflower seeds and almonds until golden brown.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside to cool.
  4. Prepare remaining ingredients.
  5. Add cooled seeds and almonds.
  6. Toss with dressing just before serving.

I found this recipe in the Best of Bridge series and I quite enjoyed it. My family loves anything with avocado in it!!

Love this salad. The dressing is awesome. I have not tried it with the avacadoes but I will next time. The mandarins are a treat!
