  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. In large fry pan, fry onions until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add hamburger and brown, drain if desired.
  5. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Fry for a few minutes.
  6. Add soups, water, beans, peas corn, Worcestershire and soy sauces, celery salt, pepper and cayenne.
  7. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or so until it thickens.
  8. Spray cake pan with Olive Oil spray.
  9. Put Hamburger mixture in pan.
  10. Add a layer of chunked cheddar cheese.
  11. Top with a layer of tater tots.
  12. Place in oven and cook at 425 for about 25 minutes.
