My family's ultimate comfort food - so simple but so good. Great with a side of green beans.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag egg noodles
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 12 lb cubed ham (regular or turkey)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions in medium saucepan.
  2. In a frying pan on medium high, brown ham until golden brown.
  3. When egg noodles are done, drain and return to sauce pan on low heat.
  4. Add ham to noodles.
  5. Add beaten eggs to noodles and stir.
  6. Cover sauce pan for two minutes.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste. Careful - the ham is already salty.
  8. Stir again and serve immediately.
