Fresh, quick and tasteful couscous. I like to serve this with marinated lamb and a youghurt sauce. Note: Use the amount of liquid described on the couscous package.


  1. slice tomato and cucumber into small dices.
  2. finely cut onion.
  3. let the oninon stir in olive oil for a while.
  4. add water/broth and bring to boil.
  5. Add couscous and let all the water be absorbed.
  6. Add margarine and stir.
