  2. Add enough water to make batter.
  3. Spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa.
  4. Sprinkle a teaspoons.
  5. Of oil over it.
  6. Flip over, roast the other side.
  7. Cool.
  8. Add ketchup if desired.
