Quick, easy, summery pasta salad!! Cooking time is for the pasta. I think feta cheese would also be good.
- 16 ounces tri-colored pasta
- 1 small red onion
- 4 ounces black olives
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄4 lb provolone cheese (cut up bite sized)
- zesty Italian dressing (a little over 1/2 of a large bottle)
- Cook pasta; drain.
- Add onion, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Toss with dressing just before serving.
