Very good recipe. Added FASS: Fat, acid, salt and sweet. Fat=2 t sesame oil, acid=instead of ACV, balsamic vinegar, salt=sea salt, sweet=1T brown sugar. Added spices: cayenne to taste.

  • 2 bunches collard greens
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, mined
  • 2 cups vegetable stock


  1. saute onions and garlic.
  2. add greens.
  3. add stock.
  4. simmer for 20-30 min.
