This is great! I only made half a recipe b/c I assumed my 3 year old wouldn't touch it, so imagine my surprise when he asked for more "apple salad" :)! I have to admit that I used thinned plain yogurt instead of oil, as I like creamy coleslaw. I also used goat cheese which may have been a bit creamier than feta but was still delicious. For some reason I kept thinking about sunflower seeds as I ate this, so next time I think I may try putting some in. Thanks so much, Parsley! This is definitely a keeper. Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag.
What an interesting twist on cole-slaw....the feta cheese, I mean! I would've never thought to add that, but now it makes PERFECT sense! Oh, and the Dijon, too! On the other hand, I left out the celery seed as that (IMHO) doesn't add anything helpful! Ick! To each his own!!! I took this along on to a group camp-out, and found that most of the children didn't care for the feta, while the adults did. So...how surprising was that? :-) I'll be making this one again sometime--I think I'll try it out on my very German-coleslaw-loving-mother! *ZWT4 Greece*
Needing to come up with some new Coleslaw recipes to use for family reunion time I gave this one a try. A half recipe made a good amount for us - making the whole recipe will make for a generous amount of great tasting coleslaw for a crowd. It's so colourful with the feta adding to the salad. The dressing was great. This is now in my Salad Collection.

This is and EXCELLENT HEALTHY coleslaw! The flavors go really well together. I made a half recipe. I used a granny smith apple in the slaw. I used Enova oil, white wine vinegar, 1 Splenda packet and 1/4 tsp of pepper in the dressing. The feta is especially good in this. Thanks for this keeper recipe! Made for Photo tag.
This was yummy, all sweet and fruity and at the same time savory from the feta cheese, very nice variation of the old favorite. Don't change a thing, it's already good!
I'm not a big fan of noncreamy coleslaw but this changed my mind! My family loved it and I'm already making it again.
Loved the color and flavor of this coleslaw. I skipped the green pepper and used a jalapeno and red bell pepper instead. I didn't peel my red apple either.Apparently my fruit and vegetables were on the large side because I think half a recipe would make 8 servings. The dressing was terrific.
