Another nice salad for your next barbecue or picnic.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine cabbage, green onion and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. Stir together vinegar, sugar, salad oil, and salt until sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Separate yolk from white of 1 egg.
  7. Cut up the white and toss with the cabbage.
  8. Slice remaining egg.
  9. Arrange slices over the top of the salad.
  10. Sieve yolk over the egg slices.
