I really enjoyed this recipe and doubled it. At firs, I kind of liked the idea of making the mayonnaise pasty with sugar, but it as it turned out I think a little less sugar would have sufficed.

  1. Peel the carrot and grate it. Grate the cabbage.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the mayonnaise paste to the shredded carrot and cabbage.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Chill in refrigerator.
