very easy way to make great cole slaw

  1. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Place cole slaw mix in large bowl, toss with hot dressing. Let stand for 20 minutes. Serve or refrigerate.

This was surprisingly good. I have never made slaw with this much mustard in it, but thought I would try it. Made it just like the recipe and it turned out very tasty. Thanks, April, for a unique new slaw taste.
