A really easy cold remedy...that just warms the body. Also a good body cleanser.

- Infuse the slices of ginger and lemon rind in boiling hot water for 3 minutes.
- Add honey to sweeten (to taste).
- Great sip when having a cold.

I don't know if it cured my cold but it sure was delicious and warmed me. Don't boil the ginger and the rind longer than 5 minutes or you'll end up with a spicy(ginger) and bitter(white part of the rind) drink.
