Cold Lemon Toddy With Whiskey (Kold Citrontoddy Med Whisky)

This makes a large pitcher for a party. Cook time is refrigeration time.


  1. Squeeze juice from lemons and pour into pitcher.
  2. Cut rinds into small pieces. Mix rinds, whiskey, water and sugar in pitcher with juice and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours. Stir often.
  3. Strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
  4. Serve cold over ice.
