I made this up and it turned out great. Very easy to prepare and tastes great for a side dish or a lunch.

  1. Prepare the thousand island sauce and leave for the flavors to mix together.
  2. Cut the cold cuts into thick rectangles.
  3. Cut the lettuce into rectangular pieces.
  4. Chop the cucumbers into circles.
  5. Mix it all and enjoy!
