I got this recipe from a friend. There are similar recipes on Food.com, but none that I could find that were like this one. I bring this recipe to potlucks and everyone always raves about it.
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 purple onion
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Chop onion and cashews.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Best after mixed to let sit in fridge for several hours.
- White vinegar may be substituted for apple cider vinegar.
