I got this recipe from a friend. There are similar recipes on, but none that I could find that were like this one. I bring this recipe to potlucks and everyone always raves about it.


  1. Chop onion and cashews.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Best after mixed to let sit in fridge for several hours.
  4. White vinegar may be substituted for apple cider vinegar.
