Followed instructions exactly, very simple! But it turned out a bit too weak for my liking. I'll try it again with less water dilution.

Thanks for posting this! I love making this at home without having to buy a Toddy container. I'm always shocked when people haven't tried cold-brew yet, yum!

This recipe made a fantastic glass of iced coffee!! We prefer stronger coffee...and this works very well! Thank you!

Wow! This is unbelievably good! I think I found the new way I'm going to be making coffee from now on. No bitterness at all, very smooth. I haven't tried it hot yet but iced is delicious!

Cold brewed coffee is wonderful! By cold brewing, about 1/3 of the caffeine is eliminated, and 2/3 of the acids. It makes preparing a cup off coffee (hot or cold) as simple as instant, with fresh brewed flavor. I have been cold-brewing for a long time, and know folks who have done so for over 30 years. HOWEVER, while it can be done this way, it is really messy and time consuming to get the coffee filtered. I find it much easier to use one of the cold brewing systems available for about $35. Two that I know of are Toddy Coffee, and Filtron. You can search the net for cold brew coffee and find what is available out there. You can also get coffee recipes there! Excellent idea to post this, KLH!
